Follow these steps to access and use the SAP Support Portal:
  1. Log in with your S-User ID and password (from support contract). Click on the registration link to request access. Super users can request for S-User IDs and passwords here.

  2. Read about getting started with the SAP Support Portal.

  3. Register for your own personal demo of the portal.

  4. Request license keys (you'll get these within three days of your request).

  5. Download your software.

  6. For any confusion while doing so, don't hesitate to contact Customer Interaction Center.

  7. We're available on all days of the year, at any time.
