All Singapore registered companies on ACRA are eligible. Please login with your Corppass to register.

There is no limit to the number of employees that a company can enrol into each module as long as the employees fulfil the eligibility criteria, that is, Singapore citizens and PRs. The employees will receive the relevant course fee subsidy, if eligible.

Employers should follow the registration steps when using CORPPASS to complete the registration and the instructions on payment will be provided.

Registration and course fee collection is administered by Temasek Polytechnic (TP). The learner is subject to TP refund and withdrawal policy.

Yes, learners have to register for both Part 1 and Part 2 as part of the course curriculum package.  

Learners have to register for both Part 1 and Part 2 continually and complete the training in the specific timeline. This is also to prevent learning gap between the curriculum.

SkillsFuture Funding is available for the following:

  • Singapore Citizens aged 39 years and below and Singapore PRs will receive up to 70% course fee subsidy.
  • Singapore Citizens aged 40 years and above will receive up to 90% course fee subsidy.
  • SME sponsored Singapore Citizens, PRs and LTVP+ will receive up to 90% course fee subsidy.

For self paying individuals, you can utilise your SkillsFuture Credits to make the payment for the course fee. For more information on how to use your SkillsFuture Credit, please refer to https://www.skillsfuture.gov.sg/credit

We offer a range of courses to enable you to attain SAP knowledge. If you are uncertain, you should start with an area in which you have a sound business understanding. For example, if you have experience in finance, you may consider SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting or SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting.

Upon confirmation of the training, an invoice will be issued for payment prior to training.

Full-Time courses are conducted from Mondays through Fridays, 9 am to 5 pm.

Part-Time courses are conducted on Saturdays and Sundays, 9 am to 5 pm.

Eligible individuals will pay the net fee. The course is endorsed under SkillsFuture funding. Funding of up to 70% to 90% will be extended to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents based on the eligibility criteria.

Eligible individuals will only be required to pay the net fee.

Please login with SingPass and the corresponding subsidy will be applied at checkout.

Credit card, debit card, eNets and PayNow are accepted modes of e-payment.

It is encouraged to take the SAP certification exam upon training completion with adequate preparation time.

There is no replacement class in this programme.

There will be no audio/video recordings.

The learner is also strictly not allowed to make audio or video recordings of the sessions.

Registration and course fee collection is administered by Temasek Polytechnic (TP). Please note the learner is subject to TP refund and withdrawal policy.

  • 100% refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted more than or equal to 14 days before the course start date.
  • 50% refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted less than 14 days before the course start date.
  • No refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted on or after the course start date.

For issues with the digital badge please reach out to the Credly team (https://support.credly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). You will be able to download your Digital Badge within 3-4 days of passing the exam.

SAP Certification Exams will be conducted online.

The certification is a 3-hour exam.

Training material will be provided in a PDF format at no extra cost.

  • When a soft copy of the course material is provided to the participant, a printed copy of the course material will not be provided.

For SuccessFactors related certification (C_THR8x_xxxx), learners will have to complete a Delta Assessment via an SAP Learning Hub subscription to remain certified.

SAP certification is valid for 12 months upon the date of certification, unless there is a change in the certification criteria. Learners need an active SAP Learning Hub subscription for the stay current assessment to stay certified.

Yes, you can download your e-certificate via Credly as long as your certification record is still valid.

Learners will be assigned with a SAP Learning Hub subscription (12 months validity) at the start of the training. An active SAP Learning Hub subscription is needed to remain certified after 12 months. Skillsfuture credits cannot be used to purchase SAP Learning Hub.

Yes, The SAP Global Certification Team will send a reminder email to all affected certified individuals. An active SAP Learning Hub subscription is required. SAP Learning Hub is a subscription-based service payable annually. First-time subscription (12 months validity) is not covered in the programme.

Your certification will lapse and you have to retake the certification.

An active SAP Learning Hub subscription is needed to take the Delta Assessment.
